One of our main goals is to fully control the entire operational value chain; consequently, we aim to manage our assets’ accounting and financing infrastructure in-house. This requires a strong Finance & Accounting team capable of maintaining the accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and finance activities.

Having successfully closed investments into 273 MW Solar PV, Wind, and Hydro, we aim to continue growing our platform by developing new projects in the CEE region. Considering our future plans, we are opening new positions and looking for a Financial Controller. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

 

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced IFRS Consolidation Specialist to join our finance team. As a main sparring partner to the Group Financial Controller in Enery, your responsibilities would be to liaison, contribute and assist financial team’s efforts of establishing and maintaining an automated consolidation process in the Group’s ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial consolidation process under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). You will work closely with the accounting team to ensure that all financial statements are accurate, timely and comply with IFRS requirements.

  • Oversee the consolidation process of the financial statements of the company under IFRS, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with IFRS requirements.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other reports to ensure accuracy and completeness under IFRS.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that intercompany transactions and balances are properly eliminated and reconciled under IFRS.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, issues, and areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and update consolidation schedules, including equity and elimination entries, in compliance with IFRS requirements.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and internal auditors to ensure that the consolidation process is in compliance with IFRS requirements and to provide necessary support during audits.
  • Stay current with changes to IFRS standards and ensure that the company’s financial statements are updated accordingly.
  • Identify areas of process improvement and work with management to implement changes.
  • Provide training and support to accounting team members on IFRS consolidation-related matters.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in consolidation and financial reporting, with a strong focus on IFRS.
  • Deep experience with consolidation processes, consolidation software and consolidation systems.
  • Good knowledge of IFRS requirements and experience in implementing IFRS/IAS standards.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Die Aufgabe wird sein, sowohl Freiflächen PV-Anlagen als auch auf Dach PV-Anlagen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden in Zentral- und Osteuropa zu realisieren. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf der Projektumsetzung von schlüsselfertigen Photovoltaikanlagen ab der Baureifen (RTB) bis zum kommerziellen Betrieb (COD).

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination der Schnittstelle zwischen Projektentwicklung und Projektumsetzung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineeringteam und Steuerung des Prozesses zur Erstellung von Einreichunterlagen
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von sämtlichen genehmigungsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Durchführung der notwendigen behördlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination von externen Beratern, wie z.B. Raumplanern sowie Koordination von Zonierungs- und Umwidmungsprozessen (Freiflächen)
  • Einreichen von Netzanschlussanträgen und Koordinierung des Netzzutrittsvertragsabschlusses
  • Koordination des Förderwesens- bzw. des Förderprozesses (ÖMAG bzw. EAG)
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Behörden, Industrie- und Gewerbekunden sowie Grundstückseigentümer

 

Anforderungen:

  • Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich schlüsselfertiger PV-Anlagen (Planung, Projektleitung)
  • Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Freiflächen- und/oder Dachflächenentwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer Höheren Technischen Lehranstalt, Technisches Studium vorteilhaft
  • Kompetenter Umgang mit Planungstools wie PV Sol, PV Syst und ACAD wünschenswert

Locations: Bucuresti and Cluj County

Roles & Responsibilities
• To oversee the complete maintenance and operational service of our PV power plants: Operation and maintenance of PVP equipment and electrical infrastructure
• To carry out the maintenance activities at the plant following procedures and O&M manuals; To
execute all the activities following HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) procedures. To record all
the maintenance activities.
• To have/quickly acquire necessary skills to supervise the operation of plant through the SCADA. Dealing with emergency situations from the monitoring system
• To respond to emergency calls and SCADA alarms and take necessary actions
• Ensuring regular revisions within set deadlines in accordance with the law and valid decrees
• Coordination of suppliers and supervision of their work
• Keep control of the correct use and utilization of tools, machinery and components of the plant
• Maintenance of inverters (Central and String inverters knowledge is an advantage)
• Control the warehouse inventory and properly fill of spare parts transaction, make inventories of the

Required knowledge and skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building logistic database, including reliable and quality international forwarders list, sea freight and European inland transportation cost, services, transportation routes according to project requirements etc.
  • Participate executing/processing purchase orders, reviewing shipment materials, related documents before delivery.
  • Collaborating with product suppliers and logistics forwarders at any time to ensure delivery schedule, customs clearance, prompt shipment pick-ups, document handover procedures (example shipping document and VAT documents), to ensure that all goods arrive on time as specified in the contract.
  • Participate to set up local warehousing due to a project needs, establish inventory data, and appeal to relevant manufacturers for quality guarantee of problematic products.
  • Establish CIF and DDP logistics systems and logistics databases from China to European project sites, including high-quality freight forwarding lists, timely quotations (including sea freight from China to European basic ports, European inland freight), and related logistics services. Once a project needs, we can manage our own transportation instead of completely relying on the supplier’s logistics system.
  • Conduct daily communication with suppliers, establish friendly relationships, understand the technical and product trends of supply chains, and obtain indicative or favorable quotations and related business terms according to our company needs. Participate in procurement project negotiation, contract reviews.
  • Provide full supports for company teams especially like finance, legal, ESG, BD teams so on.

 

Requirements:

  • Familiar with each mode of transportation from China to Europe, especially experienced in FOB, CIF and DDP delivery.

Your role will be to provide support to the M&A team with executing acquisitions as well as debt and capital raises. Furthermore, you will gain experience in preparing financial models and in supporting due diligence processes. This will provide for valuable on-the-job training and experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Build and maintain complex financial models in a transparent, accurate way 
  • Perform numerical analysis for presentations, investment memoranda and other materials for project acquisitions

Role Description

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a fast-growing company focusing on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants in the Baltic region.

 

Having successfully developed PV projects in Estonia, we aim to construct more than 500 MW PV projects in the coming years and continue growing our platform with the development of new PV and Wind projects in the Baltic region. Currently two projects already under construction in Estonia and are expected to reach their commercial operation date (COD) in the fourth quarter of 2023.

 

Given a strong and extensive development pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are seeking a Finance Manager Baltics to lead our global power generation company into the future. Our Finance Manager Baltics at Enery will be responsible for reporting, budgeting, liquidity planning, debt compliance and will be a key sparring partner for the BD team in the execution of Business Development and M&A transactions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cash flow forecasts, liquidity & annual budgets and quarterly forecasts at for the Baltics, apprising senior management of potential issues and financial trends
  • Lead the preparation of necessary financial reports to be submitted to project lenders, regulators, and the offtaker
  • Coordination of the year end audit performed by auditors
  • Control of costs and cash flow to ensure EBITDA and cash distribution budget targets are met

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Full operations and maintenance (including. Preventive and corrective maintenance) of our PV power plants in Estonia
  • Operation and maintenance of PVP equipment and electrical infrastructure
  • To carry out the maintenance activities including civil works at the plant following procedures and O&M manuals; To execute all the activities following HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) procedures. To record all the maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Project management during whole project lifetime, leading, aligning and coordinating internal stakeholders (Construction, Engineering, Development, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Commercial, M&A, ESG and O&M…) and external stakeholders (technical advisors, lenders, EPC companies, suppliers, consultants, DSO and TSO, etc).
• Become a key link to ensure easy communication among all the internal parties in Enery involved in the development, completion, and operation of the projects, including development team, construction team, M&A team, procurement team and O&M team.
• Lead from a construction side the handover from Development to Construction when project reaches RTB stage.
• Provide technical construction support during development stage (prior RTB) to Development function in order to be able to run a smooth transition to construction stage.
• Lead tender process with local EPCs or BOPs suppliers, comparing, challenging, improving and selecting best approach both in Czech and English language.
• Guide procurement function in order to get proper quotation from different suppliers, making a comparison on best technology suitable for the project and making a selection of the final supplier aligned with Head of Operations and Construction and Head of procurement.
• Support engineering function for them to provide enough information such as PVsyst simulations and basic layouts to other internal stakeholders (development, M&A, modelling, etc.) being able to perform their tasks.
• Technical support for existing and new assets, optimizing design in terms of costing, generation, construction and ESG requirements.
• Give technical support to CZ and SK developers in order for them to be able to deal with technical queries during development stage from different stakeholders (municipalities, TSO, DSO).
• Deal with EPC/BOP external companies during whole construction until final acceptance of the projects within the highest H&SE standards and within timeline and budget.
• Lead handover process from construction side to O&M function when project is completed.
• Provide technical support for potential new acquisition projects by the M&A team in order to properly assess new opportunities (site visits, permitting support, yield assessment and simulations through engineering function…) identifying potential risks.
• Manage internal requests workload establishing proper timeline prioritizing among different stakeholders and projects.
• Support Enery’s growth.

Enery ist ein österreichisches Energieunternehmen, das sich ausschließlich auf erneuerbare Energien konzentriert. Wir haben uns auf die Planung, Errichtung und den Betrieb von Photovoltaik-Großprojekten spezialisiert. Unser Ziel ist es, 100%ig erneuerbare Energieerzeugung zu erschwinglichen Preisen und mit höchstmöglichen Versorgungs- und Sicherheitsstandards zu garantieren. Enery deckt die gesamte Wertschöpfungskette, von der Entwicklung bis hin zur Stromlieferung, selbst ab.

 

Wir betreiben derzeit 273 MW Photovoltaikanlagen an 45 Standorten in der Tschechischen Republik, der Slowakei, Rumänien und Bulgarien und haben eine Pipeline von ca. 4.000 MW an Projekten in der Entwicklung. Angesichts der bestehenden Entwicklungspipeline, die in den nächsten Jahren umgesetzt werden soll, suchen wir eine*n Projektentwickler*in, der/die unsere Aktivitäten in allen Phasen in Österreich unterstützt. Wir suchen nach motivierten und verbindlichen Mitarbeiter*innen , welche unser Business Development Team bei den administrativen Aufgaben und dem internen Reporting unterstützt.

 

Hauptaufgaben

  • Vollumfängliche administrative Unterstützung des Teams
  • Verantwortung über Datenmanagement und internes Reporting
  • Ausarbeiten von Berichten und Präsentationen
  • Selbstständige Projektkoordination und -dokumentation
  • Übernahme projektbezogener Fachaufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei Marketingaktivitäten
  • Office Management – kompetenter Ansprechpartner*in für alle Belange rund um Business Development

 

Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung als Assistent*in vorzugsweise in einem international agierenden Unternehmen
  • Teamplayer mit Organisationstalent und Lernbereitschaft
  • Fähigkeit, Aufgaben selbstständig auszuführen
  • Mut zur Eigeninitiative und proaktiven Entscheidungen

Finance Intern (Vienna, Austria) (F/M/D)

Job Position: Finance Intern (To be based in Vienna, Austria) 

3-6 months 

 

Company Description 

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company which provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquisition of operating renewable power plants and the development of new renewable power plants. 

Having successfully closed investments into an almost 273 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform in the CEE region. Given a strong and extensive M&A pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are looking for an intern starting immediately. 

Your role will be to provide support to the Finance team with group finance reporting. Furthermore, you will gain experience in preparing financial models and in supporting due diligence processes. This will provide for valuable on-the-job training and experience. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Support in preparing presentations, teasers and other materials for project financing 
  • Support in financial modelling, analysis of financial statements and preparing output financial tables 
  • Update model for PV Greenfield project across Enery Group 
  • Perform market research 
  • Supporting VP Finance by providing support in Finance due to diligence processes 

 

Requirements 

  • Master student/graduate in Economics or Finance at/from a top-tier university with a track record of excellent academic performance 
  • Previous experience in investment banking, project finance or consultancy is required 
  • Experience in renewable power industry is advantageous, but not required 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure 
  • Proficiency in using Excel, Word and Power-Point (financial modelling skills would be a plus) 
  • Fluency in English is essential (another European language would be advantageous) 
  • Flexible, open-minded and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset

Job Title: M&A Off-cycle Intern (3-6 months)

Role Description:

  • Support in financial modelling, analysis of financial statements and preparing output financial tables
  • Performing market research and acquisition targets‘ analysis
  • Managing Q&A process and providing other support in due diligence processes
