Wir betreiben derzeit 273 MW Photovoltaikanlagen an 56 Standorten in der Tschechischen Republik, der Slowakei, Rumänien und Bulgarien. Angesichts der bestehenden Entwicklungspipeline, die in den nächsten Jahren umgesetzt werden soll, suchen wir eine/einen Projektmanager C&I, der/die unsere Aktivitäten in allen Phasen in Österreich unterstützt.

 

Die Aufgabe wird sein, sowohl Freiflächen PV-Anlagen als auch auf Dach PV-Anlagen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden in Zentral- und Osteuropa zu entwickeln. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf der Projektentwicklung von Photovoltaikanlagen von der Projektidentifikation bis zur Baureife (RTB).

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Analyse von Potentialen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden
  • Analyse der Kundenanforderungen- und Bedürfnissen
  • Erschließen und Maximieren von Kundenpotentialen
  • Lead- und Prospectcreation
  • Koordination der Planung von PV-Anlagen und der Erstellung von Ertragsanalysen
  • Erstellen von Konzepten und Angebotsunterlagen
  • Angebotspräsentation und Betreuung potentieller Kunden bis zum Vertragsabschluss

 

Anforderungen:

  • Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung von Projekten im Bereich schlüsselfertiger PV-Anlagen
  • Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Freiflächen- und/oder Dachflächenentwicklung sind von Vorteil
  • Erfolgreicher Abschluss einer Höheren Technischen Lehranstalt, Technisches Studium vorteilhaft
  • MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Umfassende Marktkenntnisse im Bereich der Erneuerbaren Energien mit Fokus auf Photovoltaik

Die Aufgabe wird sein, sowohl Freiflächen PV-Anlagen als auch auf Dach PV-Anlagen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden in Zentral- und Osteuropa zu realisieren. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf der Projektumsetzung von schlüsselfertigen Photovoltaikanlagen ab der Baureifen (RTB) bis zum kommerziellen Betrieb (COD).

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordination der Schnittstelle zwischen Projektentwicklung und Projektumsetzung
  • Zusammenarbeit mit dem Engineeringteam und Steuerung des Prozesses zur Erstellung von Einreichunterlagen
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von sämtlichen genehmigungsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Durchführung der notwendigen behördlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination von externen Beratern, wie z.B. Raumplanern sowie Koordination von Zonierungs- und Umwidmungsprozessen (Freiflächen)
  • Einreichen von Netzanschlussanträgen und Koordinierung des Netzzutrittsvertragsabschlusses
  • Koordination des Förderwesens- bzw. des Förderprozesses (ÖMAG bzw. EAG)
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Behörden, Industrie- und Gewerbekunden sowie Grundstückseigentümer

 

Anforderungen:

  • Idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Umsetzung von Projekten im Bereich schlüsselfertiger PV-Anlagen (Planung, Projektleitung)
  • Erfahrungen auf dem Gebiet der Freiflächen- und/oder Dachflächenentwicklung sind von Vorteil

Role Description

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants.

Enery currently own 273 MW of operational photovoltaic assets located in 56 sites in Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Bulgaria and have a pipeline of c. 3,500 MW of assets in development. Enery has been repeatedly successful in completing M&A transactions in the renewable power generation sector since inception and we have closed five M&A transactions for Solar PV asset portfolios in Central Eastern Europe (“CEE”) in the last 3 years with a total volume of almost EUR 500m.

Enery is looking for an experienced Legal Counsel to be optionally based in Austria or Romania to help Enery achieve its ambitious growth goals and realise its development pipeline.

Reporting to the General Counsel, your role will be to ensure in general that Enery´s operations are conducted within and in compliance with the local legislation, regulations, policies and other legal requirements.  You will provide pragmatic advice and guidance on all legal matters and make sure all contracts are properly drafted, negotiated, and documented to safe-guard the best interests of Enery.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Corporate compliance with local legal requirements
  • Support and assistance with local development projects (land purchases/leases, permitting, zoning, construction financing, EPC etc)
  • Joint venture agreements with parties interested in co-operating in development projects
  • Leading\supporting a variety of corporate, commercial, finance and M&A transactions and negotiation of associated transaction documentation
  • Managing approval processes for transactions contemplated
  • Providing advice on a wide range of legal matters affecting the business operations
  • Managing external lawyers and other advisers to ensure business objectives are met efficiently and comprehensively
  • Supporting key internal stakeholders in connection with all-related legal matters and liaising with senior stakeholders and executives from across the organisation

Role Description

Role Description

Having successfully closed investments of 273 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to develop our green field portfolio in the CEE region. Given a strong and extensive development pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are looking for a Renewables Project Manager based in the Czech Republic or Slovakia to plan and execute our large-scale renewable projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Project management during whole project lifetime, leading, aligning and coordinating internal stakeholders (Construction, Engineering, Development, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Commercial, M&A, ESG and O&M…) and external stakeholders (technical advisors, lenders, EPC companies, suppliers, consultants, DSO and TSO, etc).
• Become a key link to ensure easy communication among all the internal parties in Enery involved in the development, completion, and operation of the projects, including development team, construction team, M&A team, procurement team and O&M team.
• Lead from a construction side the handover from Development to Construction when project reaches RTB stage.
• Provide technical construction support during development stage (prior RTB) to Development function in order to be able to run a smooth transition to construction stage.
• Lead tender process with local EPCs or BOPs suppliers, comparing, challenging, improving and selecting best approach both in Czech and English language.
• Guide procurement function in order to get proper quotation from different suppliers, making a comparison on best technology suitable for the project and making a selection of the final supplier aligned with Head of Operations and Construction and Head of procurement.
• Support engineering function for them to provide enough information such as PVsyst simulations and basic layouts to other internal stakeholders (development, M&A, modelling, etc.) being able to perform their tasks.
• Technical support for existing and new assets, optimizing design in terms of costing, generation, construction and ESG requirements.
• Give technical support to CZ and SK developers in order for them to be able to deal with technical queries during development stage from different stakeholders (municipalities, TSO, DSO).
• Deal with EPC/BOP external companies during whole construction until final acceptance of the projects within the highest H&SE standards and within timeline and budget.
• Lead handover process from construction side to O&M function when project is completed.
• Provide technical support for potential new acquisition projects by the M&A team in order to properly assess new opportunities (site visits, permitting support, yield assessment and simulations through engineering function…) identifying potential risks.
• Manage internal requests workload establishing proper timeline prioritizing among different stakeholders and projects.
• Support Enery’s growth.
• Strictly follow Enery’s compliance rules and embrace our 100% transparency culture.
• In case due to workload additional PMs are needed to assist on hiring process and assist them in the preparation of the construction works and management of the different stakeholders.
Requirements:
• At least 8 years of work experience in construction of renewable projects in the CEE region
• Technical Engineering degree
• Czech or Slovak language/ professional level C1
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Enthusiastic personality with can-do attitude

Your role will be to provide support to the BD team with project development activities as well as greenfield M&A transactions. Furthermore, you will lead/project manage transactions including advisor coordination, participating in SPA negotiations, due diligence, coordination of the valuation work stream (with the support of our Analyst) and present transactions to senior management and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in coordinating development activities across different countries
  • Source greenfield opportunities within consolidated areas and new markets in solar and wind and other renewable technologies.
  • Identify and mature the most profitable and available development projects in the target space

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Entwicklung von PV- Dach- und Freiflächenanlagen bis zur Baureife (RTB)
  • Akquisition von Gewerbe- und Industriekunden
  • Analyse von Potentialen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von sämtlichen genehmigungsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Durchführung der notwendigen behördlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
