Job Description: Asset Manager (To be based in Romania)  

 

Role Description 

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants. 

Having successfully closed investments of 156 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to develop our greenfield portfolio in the CEE region. We are looking for an Asset Manager to take care our acquired portfolio of photovoltaic plants in Romania.  

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Management of relations with internal O&M team 
  • Cooperation with authorities, e.g. ANRE, OPCOM, TSO, grid operators including reporting, processing and monitoring of the billing process 
  • Management of the process of obtaining green certificates 
  • Definition and continuous update of the budget 
  • Review of new and existing contracts 
  • Contract management along assets lifetime including contractual deadlines monitoring 
  • Conduct independent project analysis 
  • Support in the implementation of mitigation measures and asset optimization strategies throughout the whole project lifecycle 
  • Work with other teams, including O&M, Finance, M&A, Business Development, Engineering and Construction to maximize the overall performance of assets 
  • Provide monthly/quarterly and annual reporting and respond to ad hoc information requests 

 

Requirements:  

 

  • At least 4 years of work experience in Asset management and energy regulatory environment in Romania 
  • Technical Engineering or Finance degree  
  • Experience in managing operating budgets 
  • Knowledge of regulatory environment in Romania 
  • Working proficiency in English and Romanian

Job Description: Senior Associate / VP M&A (To be based in Vienna, Austria)

Role Description

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants.

Having successfully closed investments of 156 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform in the region. Given a strong and extensive M&A pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are looking for a full-time Senior Associate / VP M&A starting immediately.

Your role will be to provide support to the M&A team with executing acquisitions as well as debt and capital raises. Furthermore, you will lead/project manage transactions including advisor coordination, participating in SPA negotiations, due diligence, coordination of the valuation work stream (with the support of our Analysts) and present transactions to senior management and shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project management and execution of both acquisition and financing transactions
  • Support in SPA and financing documentation negotiations
  • With the support of our junior BD team, lead the valuation and numerical analysis of potential acquisition targets
  • Compile investment memoranda and other materials for project acquisitions
  • Working with advisors, consolidating and challenging their input for financial models and valuation
  • Coordinate advisors during due diligence processes, analysing and challenging key findings
  • Present potential acquisitions/investments to senior management
  • Support the Finance & Operations teams with financial analysis and budgeting

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Economics or Finance at/from a top-tier university with a track record of excellent academic performance
  • At least 4 years of experience in investment banking, project finance or private equity is required
  • Strong quantitative skills including extensive experience with financial models and valuation techniques
  • Experience in project management, in particular leading transactions and advisor coordination
  • Experience in renewable power industry is advantageous, but not required

Job Description: Head of Engineering (To be based in Vienna or Sofia)

Role Description

Having successfully closed investments of 156 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to develop our greenfield portfolio in the CEE region. Given a strong and extensive development pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our internal and external PVP planners  in order to provide conceptual and detailed designs of photovoltaic plants and support development, engineering and construction of PVP projects. 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Lead Enery Engineering and design team for Enery pipeline across CEE region 
  • Interface between Engineering and Design TEAM with:

Internal parties: 

  • Enery Development team

Die Aufgabe wird sein, sowohl Freiflächen PV-Anlagen in Österreich, als auch Projekte für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden zu entwickeln. Dabei liegt der Fokus auf dem Abschluss von Verträgen mit Industriekunden und der Entwicklung der Projekte bis zur Baureife (RTB).

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Entwicklung von PV- Dach- und Freiflächenanlagen bis zur Baureife (RTB)
  • Akquisition von Gewerbe- und Industriekunden
  • Analyse von Potentialen für Gewerbe- und Industriekunden
  • Vorbereitung und Einreichung von sämtlichen genehmigungsrelevanten Unterlagen
  • Durchführung der notwendigen behördlichen Genehmigungsverfahren
  • Zusammenarbeit und Koordination von externen Beratern, wie z.B. Raumplanern

One of our main goals is to fully control the entire operational value chain and consequently, we aim to control the accounting and financing infrastructure of our assets in-house. This requires a strong Finance & Accounting – Team that is capable to maintain the accounting, treasury, tax and finance activities.

We are looking for a strong candidate based in Prague to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded
  • Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Prepare monthly closing report, including analysis deviation to Budget
  • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations
  • Assist with reviewing of expenses, revenues etc. as assigned
