Job Description: Executive Assistant (To be based in Vienna, Austria)

Company Description:

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants. Having successfully closed investments into an almost 100 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform in the region. We are looking for a strong candidate to support our CEO as an executive assistant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues/ partners
  • Organizing the schedules of our C-level, including guiding them based on relative priorities
  • DraftingExecutive communications for both our internal team and external audiences
  • Handling correspondence directed to the CEO
  • Anticipating needs of our CEO, prioritizing, filtering out, and handling various types of requests to relieve his workload from these tasks
  • Contribution to process improvements for processes with heavy C-level involvement
  • Making travel arrangements and detailed travel itineraries
  • Taking minutes and writing them up subsequently
  • Producing reports and presentations
  • Maintaining the current filing and database system, and looking for ways to improve the current system

 

Requirements:

  • Proven executive assistant experience in an internationally operating company for several years
  • Having a talent for organization
  • Knowledge of data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle tasks independently
  • Self-starter and proactive personality
  • Committed team player who enjoys working in a highly dynamic environment•Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Job Description: Project Developer for photovoltaic projects 

(To be based in Vienna, Austria)  

 

Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants.  

  

Having successfully closed investments into an almost 100 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform with the development of new projects in various European countries, such as Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Romania, Bulgaria and the Baltic region. Given a strong and extensive development pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are looking for a project developer to support our development through all phases in Austria.  

  

Your role will be to develop greenfield PV opportunities in Austria from zoning to ready to build (RTB).  

 

Key Responsibilities  

  • Ensure that projects obtain all the permits, authorizations, and licenses necessary to reach Ready to Build (“RTB”) status  
  • Prepare and submit building permit application; lead and follow up the permitting process  
  • Liaising with spatial planners and other advisers to prepare permit applications  
  • Represent the company before the following stakeholders: local authorities, at political and regulatory level, landowners & local communities 
  • Ensure that the company is tracking development status of projects in its pipeline. Project scheduling management through activities definition, resources, and duration estimation 

 

Requirements:   

  • 7-10 years renewable energy development experience through the entire process from zoning to RTB 
  • Experience in the field of PV development in the open space is a plus  
  • Technical or Engineering degree 
  • Experience with licensing and permitting procedures in Austria and full understanding of the development, construction, and operational processes for Solar PV projects 
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Job Description: Head of Procurement for Photovoltaic projects (To be based in BG, AT, CZ, or SK)
 
Enery is an operations-led renewable power infrastructure investment company that provides affordable and reliable clean energy to its customers. We are a growth company focused on both acquiring operating renewable power plants and developing new renewable power plants. Having successfully closed investments into an almost 100 MW Solar PV portfolio, we aim to continue growing our platform with the development of new projects in the CEE region. Given a strong and extensive development pipeline to be executed in the next years, we are looking for a Head of Procurement to lead the procurement of our projects. Your role will be to manage the entire procurement lifecycle of 1-2 GW Solar PV projects in the next 5 years in the CEE region (mainly Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Romania, and Slovakia).
 
Key Responsibilities
 
  • Preparation of Enery procurement strategy
  • Working closely with the Development and Construction teams to propose the best procurement options for projects
  • Cost estimation for new photovoltaic plants and grid interconnection works.
  • EnsuringSupply Chain activities are performed consistently with established schedules and budgets.
  • Controlling each project development Budget activities during the development phase until the commissioning of the project
  • Negotiation and management of EPC or equipment supply and balance-of-plant contracts
  • Developing and maintaining contacts with major equipment manufacturers and suppliers
  • Optimization of internal control systems verifying compliance with the rules and procedures established at the Group level
  • Development of a risk management plan including development, project execution, and contracting strategy
  • Manage and lead multiple projects across the CEE region

Requirements:

  • At least 5years of work experience in renewable energy procurement, ideally photovoltaics in the region
  • Experience with global sourcing and logistics a plus
  • Knowledge of the procurement process and experience in negotiating large equipment and balance-of-plant contracts
  • Ability to manage projects from development and planning to installation and execution
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Enthusiastic personality with can-do attitude-Flexible, open-minded, and enthusiastic team player with an international mindset
